Meet the Board

Hart of it All Non-Profit 501-c3 was founded in 2022. During the 2022–2023-year, Hart of it All raised over $4,000! This money was used to sponsor costumes and tuition for some of our students. Competition fees were paid for by the fundraising the students participated in. Money was used to help fund the backdrop for the recital and end of the year pins that students received

HELLO, MY NAME IS SAM YOUNG. I HAVE LIVED IN AND AROUND THE BUCYRUS AREA MY ENTIRE LIFE. I'VE BEEN MARRIED TO DREW FOR GOING ON 12 YEARS. WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL, SASSY 8-YEAROLD YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, HANNAH. SHE CHEERS AND DANCES COMPETITIVELY AND RECREATIONALLY FOR THE DANCE FACTORY! WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING OUR HOBBY FARM, MULBERRY GOAT FARM, UP AND RUNNING, IN WHICH WE HAVE 12 FAINTING GOATS, 2 DOGS AND A CAT!! FOR ME, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART ABOUT A COMMUNITY ARE THE KIDDOS! THEY ARE THE FUTURE! TOGETHER WE NEED TO CREATE A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR THEM, BE IT IN OR OUT OF THE STUDIO

HELLO! MY NAME IS APRIL. I AM HAPPILY MARRIED FOR 10 YEARS TO MY HUSBAND, BRAD. WE HAVE A DAUGHTER AND SON. CLARA DANCES AND CHEERS FOR THE DANCE FACTORY AND LOVES EVERY MINUTE. MY SON SAMUEL ALSO TUMBLES! THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO! I HAVE BEEN IN THE RESTAURANT AND MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY FOR OVER 20 YEARS. OVER THIS TIME, I HAVE LEARNED THE VALUE OF FAMILY AND WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE COMMUNITY. THE INDUSTRY I WORK IN IS TOUGH. WITHOUT COMMUNITY OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS, HELP WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASY. COMMUNITY IS NOT ONLY PROVIDING HELP, BUT KNOWING YOU HAVE A SUPPORT SYSTEM BEING FINACINALLY, PHYSICALLY, OR EMOTIONALLY.

HELLO, MY NAME IS AMANDA. I AM A WIFE AND MOTHER OF 3 BOYS AND 1 DAUGHTER. WHEN I AM NOT RUNNING AROUND TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH MY 4 KIDDOS, I WORK AT NORTH UNION ELEMENTARY AS AN EDUCATIONAL AIDE. COMMUNITY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE HAVING A COMMUNITY GIVES ME SENSE OF BELONGING AND CONNECTION! WITHOUT THE FELLOWSHIP AND ABILITY TO LEAN ON AND LEARN FROM FROM EACH OTHER I WOULD BE LOST

HELLO, MY NAME IS HEATHER DENNEY. I HAVE A WONDERFUL HUSBAND OF 15 YEARS. TOGETHER WE HAVE 5 CHILDREN, 4 SONS AND A DAUGHTER. BREONNA DANCES AND CHEERS FOR THE DANCE FACTORY. I WORK FOR THE MARION CITY SCHOOLS AND LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DRAWN TO WORK WITH AND TO HELP CHILDREN IN ANY WAY THAT I AM ABLE. THIS IS WHAT A COMMUNITY DOES. THE PEOPLE COME TOGETHER AND DO GOOD DEEDS, HELP OUT AND HAVE FUN

Hart of it All is a 5013c non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping dancers and cheerleaders in our community and surrounding areas. We believe that every dancer should have the opportunity to dance in a fun, safe environment. Our mission is to provide these opportunities and to support the growth and development of young dancers and cheerleaders.

At Hart of it All, we believe that every child deserves the chance to pursue their passion for dance and cheerleading. Our organization is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to providing high-quality programs and events that help young people grow and thrive. We offer a range of services and resources, including dance and cheerleading classes, workshops, and competitions. Our goal is to create a positive and supportive community where young people can build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun.
